In keeping the design, we research on houses in the tropic and found that there were 2 key features: - large eaves to block out the sun all round the house - openings in every wall to allow cross ventilation
We decided to focus on these major changes:
- Large eaves
- Openings on every wall
- Smaller Plan
- Thatching to corrogated steel
We decided to keep the main element of the design and just add extension to it for the redesign of the eaves.
